So I realized I haven't posted any Hawaii pictures here.
One night Mark and I went looking for somewhere different to have dinner.
We ended up at a hotel, sitting outside by their pool, listening to some of the best Hawaiian music we heard all week, and a cold beer. It was a wonderful way to spend an evening.
Our waiter looked like he was around 12, was adorable, and he recommended the catfish: Mark took him up on it and loved it!
Me? I figured since we were in Hawaii I needed to have some spam. Yes. Spam.
So, they had a noodle dish with spam, I got it, and I LOVED it.
Mark loved it too: he ate half of it.
Oh Hawaii, you and your spam ways......
